Requirements:

  • Higher education (HSE or Oil&Gas (finished)) in the relevant speciality and not less than 3 years of work experience as HSE Engineer.
  • Providing technical support in all areas of HSE, including risk analysis and risk management, Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Simultaneous Construction and Production Operations (SIMOPS), review of documents or drawings, etc.
  • Take lead in arranging for Hazard Identification (HAZID) / Hazardous Operation (HAZOP) workshops throughout project design stages. Take lead in closure of actions identified in these workshops.
  • Provide input in Safety Integrity Level (SIL) target assessment and Bowtie workshops, assist and review the final report
  • Review Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) drawings developed by the contractor.
  • Participate in ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) workshops, author and review of ALARP documentation.
  • Support in Technical HSE during the selection process of FEED and EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) workshops, author and review of ALARP documentation.
  • Review and provide input to best available techniques (BAT) assessment.
  • Support in Technical HSE during the selection process of FEED and EPC (engineering, procurement
    and construction) contractors.
  • Prepare documentation and provide expert input at PaCo Value Assurance Reviews.
  • Maintain safety action monitoring system, expedite close out of actions, provide status of actions for periodic management reports.
