Dear All,

We are looking for PGPA Internal Communications Coordinator, Atyrau 5/2

  • Bachelor Degree is required. International Master Degree is preferable
  • 5-10 years of communications, PR or/and journalism, communications plan development and implementation; project management; communication campaigns; brand management; writing and editing collateral material for use in various channels.
  • Must have fluency in Russian and Kazakh (reading, writing and oral) and advanced English (reading, writing and oral)
  • Microsoft Outlook; Word; PowerPoint; Excel.

Internal Communications (80% of work):

  • Manages editor’s board, content development and issue of the Company Q-ly Newsletter in 3 languages
  • Collects and provides content for Company newspaper
  • Provides basic project management of communications activities that increase the effectiveness of employees.
  • Develops strategic communication plans of minimal complexity and oversees the tactical implementation of the plan.
  • Client base is generally in non-core areas of the business; is project-based; with close oversight by supervisor
  • Applies basic knowledge of mediums and vehicles for internal communications and expertise in at least one area (e.g. print, web-communications).
  • Collaborates and coordinates with other appropriate groups to ensure alignment of key messages (e.g. media relations, etc).
  • Demonstrates solid writing and presentation skills in several areas of communications (e.g. feature writing, newspaper articles).
  • Participates as an Internal Communications team member; understands department strategy.
  • Builds and maintains internal customer relationships.
  • Manages timelines; deliverable schedules.
  • Develops and executes internal communications programs for multiple client groups or projects that increase the effectiveness of employees.
  • Works with Project teams to receive the latest news to use as a content for Company News
  • Brings new ideas on how to make the internal communication more effective and innovative by using various channels and new trends and technologies.
  • Work proactively on suggesting new ways of enhancing communication and making it more advanced
  • Client base is generally in core areas of the business and communications planning is broad in scope and scale
  • Manages the long-term communications requirements of assigned client group or program
  • Actively recommends and develops communications strategies on behalf of clients
  • Has direct interface with senior managers and executives within client groups
  • Demonstrates excellence in project management, writing and presentation skills across a breadth of communications (e.g. feature writing, brochures communications plans, PowerPoint presentations).
  • Works with clients to ensure programs are in keeping with the company strategies and goals.
  • Has a strong knowledge of the appropriate mediums and vehicles for internal communications, including executive communications and employs them as appropriate.
  • Builds and maintains internal customer relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop collateral materials (e.g. print and digital) for use on various channels
  • Manage the development of fact sheets, brochures and other materials
  • Manages development of video scripts and all content for visual communication such as posters, handouts etc.
  • Serves as content writer and copy editor for internal assignments in support of department print or electronic communications vehicles.
  • Gathers supporting media including photography, headline development, pull quotes.
  • Copy edits in keeping with style guidelines and ensures grammatical accuracy.
  • Coordinates with web, print, electronic publication personnel as appropriate to ensure proper final placement
  • Employs business knowledge to strategic content development.
  • Works with supervisor, colleagues on concept and idea development.
  • Writes outlines for a broad scope of internal communication media
  • Develops concepts and direction for featured stories and communications
  • Edits and proofreads content
  • Coordinates internal communications across all Project locations
