· Must be Strong in English / Russian / Kazakh Speaking / Read / Write
· Must be Computer Literate / Fully familiar with Outlook / Word / Excel / Power Point
· Must be Flexible to Work during working hours but be available should meetings be scheduled even after hours , 24/7
· Act like a Personnel Assistant and Accompany Project Director on Business Trips to Clients / Meetings with Clients
· Must be Dynamic well / Neatly Dressed at all times
· Must be available even on Sundays ( Sometimes ) Clients request meeting on Sundays or After hours.
· She will be compensated for work performed /monthly timesheet to be prepared.
· She will be Loyal to the Company and need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
· She will assist in Administrative Duties, preparation of Tenders , schedule meetings etc.
· She need to make Tea / Coffee for Clients when visiting our office.
· She must be willing to travel to Tengiz and or other Destinations and Stay over in Hotels /Accommodation Camps during business trips with management in a Professional Capacity.
· She will report to the projects Director.
· This person should be from Kazakhstan and Live in Atyrau.
· She will not receive Lunch and work on a 5 / 2 Contract with need to be flexible to work over weekends or evening only when needed occasionally.
